Built an agency-model, in-house Creative Services team from the ground up to direct one of the top rebrands of 2014 . The 15-person staff handled all external B2C campaign creative and supported a 3,000+ B2B sales force with sales enablement materials, video and UX/Web development. The group also oversaw all brand compliance and trademark management across marketing.
Developed and created multi-disciplined work for SMBs and corporations using experience and knowledge in brand development, web application, print and online advertising, print production, copywriting and marketing. Developed, presented and executed ideas for packaging, POP displays, tradeshows, web and print collateral, and print advertising. Worked with Marketing Manager to define visual strategies and brand guidelines for sales and advertising campaigns.
